Implementation Team leader

Job Requirements

✅ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

✅ 3+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation.

✅ Experience leading implementation teams or mentoring consultants.

✅ Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing, HR, etc.).

✅ Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, and user training.

✅ Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

✅ Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

✅ Odoo certifications are a plus. 

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Proven experience managing full-cycle Odoo implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and post-go-live support.

✅ Ability to lead and mentor implementation consultants, assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure project milestones are achieved.

✅ Strong understanding of business processes across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, HR, and Project Management.

✅ Experience preparing BRD, FRD, Gap Analysis, User Manuals, Training Materials, and implementation documentation.

✅ Ability to conduct client workshops, gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design practical Odoo solutions.

✅ Strong experience in UAT preparation, test scenarios, user training, go-live planning, and post-implementation support.

✅ Ability to manage scope, identify change requests, assess business impact, and communicate risks clearly to stakeholders.

✅ Strong leadership, ownership, time management, and decision-making skills.
